The Art of Deepening Practice through Giving and Receiving Adjustments
Adjustment workshops focus on the art and technique of assisting students physically with practice - as such it is also a form of physical therapy. While the workshop focuses on how or why one adjusts a posture in a particular situation - these reflections give participants a deeper understanding of their own individual practice which is reinforced by receiving adjustments in the postures during the training. The training thus supports teaching and practice and can be attended with either intention. The workshops are open to students and teachers. Some of the clases are open to students practicing up to navasana - eg Primary Series Part I - March 1 and Primary Series Part II - March 8. read more
